First, we're happy to announce that Parker Boot Camp is getting its own space. In January 2012 we will be moved into our own location. Along with that, the boot camp will be inside year-round (except for the space behind the building where we can do some extra fun activities).

In our new facility we will have more toys to play with; pull-up bars, ropes, sleds, sandbags, tires, rings, etc.

We will also have more classes (schedule page) and most of them are co-ed now. There will also be open gym time for you to come in at your convenience to work out. There will be a "Beating of the Day" workout for those that want to be really challenged.

We also have another way you can save money on Boot Camp! We are now offering $100 for all new referrals(for new members)! Yes, that is correct - $100. What could be easier?
You can earn cash while getting in shape!

We're really excited about the changes and in many ways we will be able to do some things at boot camp we've always wanted to do; more options, more variety, harder workouts (but don't let that scare you), etc.

The new facility will have a bathroom and even a shower! We will have more kettlebells, Olympic weight sets, dumbbells, a couple of racks (squat cages), ropes for Battling Ropes, ropes for climbing, rings, and did I mention pull-up bars?

You will be able to attend any and all classes for one price. You can come to the morning boot camp(class) and then evening class if you'd like. Or even workout 3 times per day if you want! (but I wouldn't recommend that)

Two more BIG differences between our gym and some of the other "gyms" is that...
1) You can use chalk!
2) You can grunt!
