About Us

Andy Alexander
Andy has spent most of his life involved with fitness and related areas.  He has practiced martial arts since the age of 13 and was a nationally ranked competitor in the '80s.

Since then, he has focused on training others to help them be fit and strong. He has trained with the likes of Pavel Tsatsouline, who originated the kettlebell resurgence in the US and trains Special Forces and SWAT teams all around the world. And people like Dan John, who holds Olympic records and has trained Olympic record holders, and a few others.

Andy attends seminars each year on the latest and greatest training. Real, practical, and functional training. Getting back to the basics of what works for the human body, to make it change and adapt, giving you the results you want.

At nearly 50 years old, Andy is still able to compete favorably in many things with people half his age. He knows how to train others at any age to help them reach their goals, help them feel better and move better.

Your Boot Camp Instructor   Andy is a:

  • Certified Personal Trainer.
  • RKC Level 2(Russian Kettlebell Certified instructor).
  • Certified Crossfit Trainer.
  • CK-FMS Certified.
  • Adventure Boot Camp fitness instructor.
  • Andy has also served in the army for 10 years.
  • Has a BA and MS degrees.
