Parker Boot Camp FAQ

How do I sign up now?
Option 1: Go to the registration page and fill out the registration form. After filling out the registration form, please follow the payment instructions. You can pay securely online via credit card.
Our system will now be a recurring charge each month, pro-rated for mid-month start.

Option 2: Come in to our physical location and we can sign you up there.

What are Evaluations?
If your main goal is to lose weight, it's a very good idea to get an evaluation of where you are when you start, and monitor your progress as you go.
We will take some simple measurements, weigh you in, and take a before picture. These numbers are held in the strictest confidence and are only to track your progress.

What do I need to bring to camp?
You don't need to bring much, if anything, to camp with you. A sweat towel if you'd like, and something to drink, preferably water.

Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first week or so. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve!

What kinds of people attend Parker Boot Camp?
All types of people have benefited from our workouts. From the person who hasn't worked out in 10 years (couch potato), to people training for their next event. Our workouts are scalable to fit the needs of almost anyone.

Is there a refund policy?
There is no cash refund. However, you may cancel membership at any time, with a 30 day notice. In other words, you will not be charged for the next month, but there is no refund for the current month, when you cancel.

What is a typical workout like?
That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different. You can expect some light running, kettlebell training, core training, body-weight exercises, jumping rope, pulling/pushing sleds, rope training and whatever else we think of. It's always a surprise, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability."
We use principles of Crossfit, kettlebell training, and other modalities you have probably never tried.

Do I have to attend classes, or can I work out on my own?
You can now workout on your own, doing your own workout, or we will have posted our "Beating of the Day" workout (similar to the Workout of the Day at a Crossfit gym) that you can do on your own. So you have a virtually unlimited schedule.

Are there shower facilities, or a place I can get ready for work?
We do now have a shower available.
