Adventure Boot Camp History

The Parker Boot Camp started in June of 2006.  However, the concept has swept the nation, with camps all over the country, and even in other countries.

John Spencer Ellis developed the Boot Camp concept and has been an innovator in the fitness industry for more than half his life. He is a trainer of personal trainers, media advisor, medical exercise specialist, health consultant, mentor, life coach, and peak performance consultant.

Boot Camps have been in operation since the late 1990s.  After years of research, hundreds of hours of instruction, experimenting with various teaching methods, camp formats, and nutrition programs, the Adventure Boot Camp method emerged.

Andy Alexander, your Parker Boot Camp instructor, has been personally trained by John and Christina, who developed the Boot Camp system.
