Costs:

Monthly membership at the PBC gym is only $149/month. No contract, simple month to month membership.
    A 30 day cancellation notice is required.

    When you sign up, the first month will be pro-rated to the end of the month. If it is past the middle of the current month, you will be billed for the current and next month. There's not much point in working out for two weeks or less.

Punch card - 20 classes for $249 (12.45/class).  Valid for 3 months from the date first class attended.

Drop in cost is $20 for either a class (but must attend mandatory Intro Class first), or open gym.

Intro Class, separately,  if you are not signing up for membership - $60.

We offer advance payment discounts as follows:
    Prepaid 6 months - 20% discount - $715 (full price $894)
    Prepaid 12 months - 30% discount - $1250 (full price $1,788)

Couples rate - $235/month (discount does not apply if signing up for 6 or 12 month options)

Personal training - $60/hour.  Or less with package purchasing.  Come in to talk about details.

Active duty military, police, firefighter, medical, dental, veterinary and educators - 20% off.  Come in to sign up for this option.
This discount requires paying by credit card, with monthly EFT.



The Fine Print:

Cannot combine discounts.


There is no refund for a month or multi-month signup. However, we can put your membership on hold, or give credit for future months, if you are sick or injured.


30 day cancellation notice - your membership will continue to the end of the next month. For example, if you give us notice on 15 February, your membership will continue until 31 March and you will be billed for March.


Referral payments - your referral must be a member for 3 full months. For example, if they sign up on 15 February, they must remain a member until at least the end of May. And you must remain a member as well.

7:00am - 8:00am Boot Camp
Spike your metabolism for the day.
We'll work with bodyweight exercises, kettlebells,
and other implements to burn fat and get in shape.
9:00am - 10:00am Boot Camp
Another butt-busting class to spike your metabolism for the day.
We'll work with bodyweight exercises, kettlebells,
and other implements to burn fat and get in shape.
11:30am - 12:00pm 30 Minute Intense Fat Burner
A super intense, shorter workout you can get in during
your lunch break or when you don't have much time.
We'll work with bodyweight exercises, kettlebells,
and other implements to burn fat and get in shape.
4:00pm - 5:00pm Class
Afternoon workout.
We'll work with bodyweight exercises, kettlebells,
and other implements to burn fat and get in shape.
6:00pm - 7:00pm Kettlebell Class
Evening workout.
We'll work primarily with kettlebells,
but throw in some other implements as well.
7:30pm - 8:00pm 30 Minute Intense Fat Burner
A super intense, shorter workout you can get in
when you're working late or you don't have much time.
We'll work with bodyweight exercises, kettlebells,
and other implements to burn fat and get in shape.
1:00pm - 2:30pm Intro Class
This is a mandatory class for everyone starting with us.
You'll get a kettlebell class, learning the fundamentals of
proper usage and safety. We'll also cover basic principles we use
in our classes.
8:00am - 9:30am Intro Class
This is a mandatory class for everyone starting with us.
You'll get a kettlebell class, learning the fundamentals of
proper usage and safety. We'll also cover basic principles we use
in our classes.
10:00am - 11:00am Free Boot Camp
A Free Saturday class to spike your metabolism for the weekend.
For this class we'll work primarily with bodyweight exercises,
and other implements (limited kettlebells, so no experience necessary) to burn fat and get in shape.
Bring your friends and neighbors.
11:15am - 12:00pm VO2-Max workout
A kettlebell VO2-Max workout. Burn fat, increase endurance.
The primary workout uses the kettlebell snatch (or
do kettlebell swings until you're comfortable with the snatch).
6:00pm - 7:30pm Intro Class
This is a mandatory class for everyone starting with us.
You'll get a kettlebell class, learning the fundamentals of
proper usage and safety. We'll also cover basic principles we use
in our classes.
